Health Guarantee
At Vanity Fur Pups, it's important to know, and understand the following Heath Guarantee that will be signed upon pickup of puppy.
-
Health Guarantee is provided for 1 year after the birthdate of this puppy. Vet records will be provided.
-
We have a strict NON-BREEDING CONTRACT. This puppy is being sold at Pet Quality and not for breeding purposes. Puppy must be spayed/neutered between the age of 6 months to 1 year at Buyers expense. Proper documents must be provided to Seller to show puppy is spayed/neutered. If the puppy is used to produce a litter, and/or failure to get puppy spayed/neutered, the Buyer agrees to pay the Seller and additional $4,000 above the purchase price. The Heath Guarantee will become void if contract is violated.
-
Buyer is responsible to continue all proper care for the puppies well being. This is including proper veterinarian care, vaccinations, de-wormer, adequate food, water, exercise and shelter. Puppy is not purchased for resale.
-
If puppy has found out to have any congenital defects before puppies 1st birthday, Buyer must provide all relevant documentation from a licensed Veterinarian 96 hours after puppy was diagnosed. Failure to provide proper documentation to Seller within the 96 hours void’s the Health Guarantee. Seller has the right to then take the puppy to veterinarian of Sellers choice to review documentation and for a second opinion at Buyers expense. If diagnoses is confirmed that the puppy had an hereditary condition, the Buyer can then return the puppy for a replacement puppy. If one isn’t available at that time, Buyer will get first pick of next litter. No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy was discovered to be unwell from an accident, illness or improper care such as malnutrition.
-
If a puppy should die within 1 year of its birthdate from a congenital defect, an autopsy must be preformed by a licensed Veterinarian at the Buyers expense. If it is confirmed the puppy died from a congenital defect, a replacement puppy will be available. If the autopsy shows indeterminable or inconclusive diagnosis, the guarantee becomes void.
